Terms: the control-room plugin

noetic-control-room, the Claude plugin in plugin/, is open-source software, made by NoeticEcho and licensed under the Apache License 2.0. The licence is the whole of the terms. In plain words:

• You may use, copy, change and share it, for any purpose, commercial ones included, as the licence allows. Keep the licence and its notices with any copy you share.
• No warranty (section 7 of the licence). It is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it works, that it fits your purpose, or that it is free of errors. You decide whether and how to use it, and the risk of that is yours.
• No liability (section 8). Unless a law requires otherwise, or we agreed to it in writing, no contributor is liable to you for damage of any kind that comes from using it or from being unable to use it: lost data, lost work, a bad merge, anything else.
• No service. NoeticEcho runs no service for the plugin. It has no server, no account and no support contract. It acts only through tools you already use (git, gh, Claude Code), and your use of those is governed by their own terms: GitHub’s and Anthropic’s.
• Not official. The plugin is not made or endorsed by Anthropic or GitHub.

Where this page and the licence differ, the licence is what counts.
